Terms and Conditions for Balinese Luxury Touch.

Introduction

A. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the provision of professional home service spa treatments by Balinese Luxury Touch, a Company operating under the name of BLT Group LLC-FZ, (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to its Clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
B. By scheduling a spa appointment with us, you’re not just getting a massage; you’re embarking on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation. To ensure a harmonious experience, please read and embrace these T&Cs.

1. Service Description:

A. Balinese Luxury Touch provides professional massage services for relaxation and therapeutic purposes in the comfort of your home.
B. We strictly adhere to professional massage standards and do not offer or tolerate any ‘extra’ or inappropriate services.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

A. Appointments can be made through our website or through dedicated WhatsApp number (+971 52 518 6652).
B. Clients are requested to provide accurate information when scheduling an appointment, including full address, preferred date and time and selected treatment(s).
C. A booking appointment is confirmed once the Client receives a written booking confirmation sent by the Company through WhatsApp, outlining Date and Time of the appointment, selected Treatment, Therapist Name, and total Price. This booking confirmation is applicable through any means of request for services – whether it be through website booking, through Social Media account, telephone call or otherwise.
D. As we understand that schedules can be sometimes hectic and some unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent our valued Clients from proceeding with the scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to please provide us with at least 4 hours’ notice for an appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
E. A cancellation fee may be applied if notice is not given within the specified timeframe or the appointment is deemed as a ‘no-show’, for instance, when our team arrives at the Client location and the Client is not at home or cancels the appointment on the spot. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked appointment will be applicable as a cancellation fee and/or the Company reserves the right to suspend rendering services to the Client in the future.

3. Client Conduct:
 

A. We create a tranquil space for your massage session, and we kindly ask that you reciprocate by behaving respectfully and professionally.
B. Inappropriate or offensive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in refusal of future service.

4. Health and Medical Conditions:

A. Your well-being is paramount. Kindly inform our therapists of any health concerns, allergies, or medical conditions before the session, or through our dedicated WhatsApp number.
B. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that a massage is safe and appropriate for their current health condition. In case of doubt, Clients should consult a medical professional.

5. Pricing and Payment:

A. At Balinese Luxury Touch, our pricing policy embodies the essence of ‘affordable luxury.’ We are committed to delivering superior quality services at exceptionally reasonable rates. Our guiding philosophy revolves around ensuring equitable compensation for our dedicated and professional massage therapists and adhering to fair trade principles across our entire supply chain. Our skilled and experienced therapists receive commensurate remuneration for their unwavering commitment to providing excellent service. We are dedicated to continually enhancing their working and living conditions, and to foster a positive and supportive environment. Furthermore, our products are sourced exclusively from Bali and are crafted by small, often family-run businesses that uphold values of integrity and hard work. By choosing Balinese Luxury Touch, you are contributing to a network of honest, diligent, and passionate individuals who collectively support a sustainable and thriving ecosystem.
B. Our rates are listed on our website, Instagram profile, WhatsApp Business Account and can be provided upon request through WhatsApp message.
C. Scheduling an appointment outside of our standard hours of operation (10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, Monday until Sunday), shall result in a surcharge of 25% before 10:00 AM and 40% after 10:00 PM of the appointment fee payable. For purposes of clarity, please refer to the following example: Client schedules and appointment for 10:00 PM for a service costing AED 275.00. Since the service shall commence after the standard hours of operation, the total fee payable shall be AED 385.00.
D. Payment is due upon completion of the session, and we accept credit card payments. Payment in advance ahead of the session is possible through Payment Link and is available upon request.
E. Pricing is subject to change, any changes shall be publicly available on our website and Instagram and Business WhatsApp Profile.

6. Discounts, Offers and Loyalty Points:

A. Discounts & Offers

A. At Balinese Luxury Touch, we understand the allure of a great deal, and we share in the appreciation for value. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that our business is centred around specialized services, particularly in the realm of therapeutic massage therapy—a practice that demands focused dedication. We firmly believe in the profound nature of the ‘transfer of energy’ inherent in our therapeutic massages. To ensure that our skilled therapists can deliver an exceptional experience to each valued customer, it is imperative that we avoid overworking them by establishing a realistic volume of appointments each day. In our commitment to providing optimal value to our cherished customers while fostering a healthy and inspirational work environment for our therapists, we regretfully cannot extend additional discounts for individual massage treatments. Nevertheless, we have curated highly competitive and value-driven discounts for the purchase of packages, along with appealing offers for couples’ massage treatments. For the latest information on these exclusive offers, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to enhancing your well-being through our specialized services.

B. Loyalty Points

B. For every 60 and 90 minutes massage treatment, you collect one point on your Loyalty Card. When you purchase a couples massage treatment and your partner is not collecting the loyalty points, you shall receive 2 points on your Loyalty Card. Upon collection of the 10th point, you shall receive 50% discount on original list price of a single massage treatment. This discount is not in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. When all your loyalty points were collected exclusively on 10 couples massage treatments only (not in combination of singe and couples massage treatments), you shall receive discount on the couples massage.

7. Referral Program:

A. What is better than spreading positivity and benefiting from the ripple effect of good Karma? Wait, we know! How about a complimentary massage therapy of choice! 😊 Spread the love and we will spread the relaxation! That is right – and here is how you can achieve just that. After you have experienced our service and only if you loved it – please feel free to spread a good word about us amongst your family, friends, colleagues or even strangers if you believe people will benefit from our passion for amazing, relaxing massage therapy. When four people from your referral circle will book, and pay, for a massage therapy from us, you will receive a complimentary single massage treatment of 60 minutes of your choice on us. When you do a good deed, it comes back to you in unexpected ways.
B. To ensure we don’t miss out on counting your referrals – please drop us a message through WhatsApp and provide the name and mobile number of the person referred. This way, we can easily track your referrals and we commit to you that we will not reach out to the referred person, unless you request us to do so.

8. Retail Products & Gift Vouchers:

A. What a better way to express your love and care for someone else’s wellbeing than by giving them a Gift Voucher for one (or more) of our specialised, professional massage therapies? Our Gift Vouchers can be delivered in a physical or electronic form (as per your preference). Our physical gift vouchers are printed on a high-quality paper, are handwritten and come in a luxurious textured envelope. Validity of the Gift Voucher is stated on the face of the voucher, please endeavour to utilise the voucher before its expiry date.
B. To enhance your gifting experience, we have carefully curated a selection of natural based wellness products imported from Bali. The selection of items available will vary from time to time. For the latest availability, please refer to our Social Media accounts, website or simply inquire through our dedicated Business WhatsApp number.
C. Retail products can be purchased as part of our ’wellness gift box’ as we currently do not offer sale of individual items.

9. Returns, Exchange, Delivery

A. At Balinese Luxury Touch, we recognize that circumstances may evolve, and we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability. However, kindly note that order cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the delivery processing phase. Should you wish to cancel an order, please promptly reach out to us via WhatsApp, providing your order number/details. Our dedicated team will promptly review your request and notify you of the feasibility of cancelling the order. If cancellation is possible, a refund will be issued, with a nominal 5% deduction to cover payment processing charges imposed by credit card merchant. We understand that the process of cancelling an order can be challenging, and we strive to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
B. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product within your gift box, we kindly ask you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will work closely with you to either deliver a replacement item directly to your recipient’s doorstep or process a refund, depending on the specific circumstances. To facilitate this process, please note that photographic or videographic evidence of the damage or defect is necessary. Regrettably, returns for reasons other than damage or defects, such as changes of heart or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, cannot be accepted. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery address during the order process, please contact us immediately for assistance.
C. Presently, we offer delivery services exclusively within Dubai. Our standard delivery timeline is within 3 days from the successful completion of the order. Order completion requires the provision of the following details:

  1. Full Delivery Address
  2. Complete details for the Gift Voucher (Recipient’s Name, Selected Treatment, Message – if applicable, Giver’s Name) if the Gift Voucher is part of our ‘Wellness Gift Box.’ It’s worth noting that you can purchase the ‘Wellness Gift Box’ without the Gift Voucher if it better suits your preferences.
  3.  Full Payment

Delivery will be facilitated by a third-party courier service and/or our in-house delivery team. Urgent deliveries may be accommodated, subject to additional fees. For any queries or further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality:

A. Client information and session details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties ever.
B. We respect your privacy and will not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

11. Liability and Waiver:

A. Balinese Luxury Touch (BLT Group LLC-FZ) is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after the massage session.
B. Clients will be required to sign a liability waiver before the session, indicating their understanding of the risks involved.

12. Feedback and Concerns:

A. We appreciate feedback from our Clients. Please feel free to provide us with comments or concerns about our services. We are here to serve you and your satisfaction is of our utmost priority. We shall always strive for excellence and provide you with the best experience possible.
B. Any concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally.

13. Termination of Services:


A. Balinese Luxury Touch (BLT Group LLC-FZ) reserves the right to terminate the
session or refuse service to any Client for inappropriate behaviour or any other reason deemed necessary.

14. Governing Law:
 
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
 
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
 

Balinese Luxury Touch (BLT Group LLC-FZ) may update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance; however, we recommend checking our website regularly for any updates in Terms and Conditions as well as pricing and offering of services. By booking a massage session, or by purchasing retail products, with Balinese
